Approach
01

Product first.

Before production, we work with your team to understand the product, its users, and how it fits real workflows. You bring the expertise. We help shape the framing, provide templates, and support scripts from feedback to full drafts.

02

One POC.

A producer on our team serves as your single product-side point of contact, guiding your team through the process. This minimizes miscommunication, reduces revision cycles, and protects budget and timeline.

03

Month to ship.

A typical engagement runs about one month from kickoff to final delivery. We align production to your launch schedule, run structured reviews, and deliver a master file plus platform-ready cutdowns.

Launch work usually performs better when the team is clear on message first and already has a repurposing plan for everything that ships next.

Common questions

What video content do tech companies need for a product launch?

Most software launches need three core assets: a launch film (60–90 seconds) that explains the product and stakes, a product demo (2–4 minutes) that shows it working for the target user, and a set of social clips derived from both for distribution on LinkedIn, YouTube, and platform-specific channels.

How far in advance should we start production for a product launch video?

Ideally 6–8 weeks before launch. The first two weeks are pre-production: script, approval, shoot planning. Weeks 3–4 are production. Weeks 5–8 are post-production and revision cycles. Launches with less than 4 weeks of runway can still be executed, but the revision cycle compresses significantly.

Can you produce launch video before the product is fully built?

Yes. Many product launches use screen recordings of staging environments, annotated motion design, or narrated walkthroughs rather than live product footage. The key is scripting around the outcome the product delivers, not the literal UI, so the video holds even if final UI details shift before launch.
